Ciao! Sono un ragazzo di 18 anni (non domandatemi del motivo del Chan nel nick perchè non lo so), vivo a Siracusa e sono un appassionato di manga/anime e , ovviamente , di AMV.
Ho iniziato ad interessarmi negli AMV nel 2004 nello stesso momento in cui mi interessai dell'anime Naruto. Dopo aver scoperto animemusicvideos.org iniziai a scaricare una miriade di AMV, la maggior parte su Naruto, e solo un anno dopo iniziai a farli pure io.
Dopo alcuni esperimenti, il primo AMV vero e proprio risale al febbraio 2005, un video su Naruto fatto con Movie Maker che ho rimosso dalla circolazione (è troppo brutto :P) fatto semplicemente per far interessare un compagno di classe all'anime.
Decisi di passare a Sony Vegas per provare a realizzare una idea che avevo già da tempo ( Gaara dai Capelli Rossi ) , ma prima feci qualche sorta di esperimento prima con l'AMV "Smell the Hate of Ninjas" ( un colabrodo fatto senza neanche usare lo schermo di preview, ma fu il primo ad avere una sorta di lyrical synch) e dopo con "The genins don't want to waste their time" (ancora non avevo imparato a dare titoli corti ai miei AMV..) e "Sasuke's Rescue trailer"
Dopo realizzai Gaara dai Capelli Rossi, anche se la versione presente sul sito, su YouTube e su eMule è una che ho fatto più in avanti.
Il mio primo AMV serio fu "Shut Up!" da lì iniziai a sviluppare l'idea di far combaciare scene delle anime con il testo della canzone. Dopodichè feci altri video tra cui Konoha's Pervert Ninjas ( che riscuoterà un buon successo soltanto dopo l'avvento di YouTube) per poi abbandonare Naruto e passare a nuovi anime.
Sempre nel 2005 realizzo i miei due tributi agli Homunculus, dell'anime Full Metal Alchemist, che otterranno un buon successo.
Sin dalla data della mia registrazione mi sentivo un po' spaesato su AMV.org; di italiani ce ne erano ben pochi e non trovavo quasi mai nessuno con cui parlare di AMV nella mia stessa lingua.
Nel 2006 inizio a perdere interesse negli AMV, realizzo solo Wash Away e Hide And Seek, che vincerà un bel trofeo ad A-Kon17 come Runner Up in Best of Show. Nel settembre del 2006 iniziai a lavorare su un video di Bleach, ma che sospesi dopo poco tempo per mancanza di voglia.
Verso metà 2007, dopo aver scoperto su MSN e sui forum dell'esistenza di tantissimi utenti italiani con questa mia stessa passione, torno ad editare il video di Bleach, terminandolo ad inizio Settembre.
Nello stesso periodo partecipo ad AMV Hell 4 e decido di organizzare sul forum di Amv Paradise un MEP ispirato ad esso. (è ancora in costruzione, ma sicuramente verrà completato :|)
Verso fine anno entro a far parte del Visual Experience Studio, formato da bravissimi editor italiani che ho conosciuto su AMV Paradise.
Nel Gennaio 2008 partecipo al Primo Iron Chef dell'Amv Paradise, con Tyler e Yonda da far da giudici insieme a simofc90 e mi classifico al secondo posto col mio "Mazza che Ammazza" (che rilascerò dopo qualche opportuna modifica).
Al momento non sto lavorando a nessun altro video.
Hi! I'm a 18 year old italian guy (don't ask me about the "Chan" in the nick, cuz I wouldn't be able to answer you). I live in Siracusa and I love to watch animes, read mangas and , obviously, make AMVs.
I started to get interested in AMVs in 2004 at the same time I got intersted to the anime Naruto. After I found out the existence of animevusicvideos.org I started to download lots and lots of AMVs, most of them about Naruto, and after almost a year I started making them too.
After some experiments, my first AMV belongs to February 2005, a Naruto AMV done with Movie Maker (you won't able to find it, I deleted it from everywhere :P) I made it only to show to a friend of mine some scenes of the anime.
My first videos with Sony Vegas were kind of experiments, like "Smell The Hate of Ninjas" (an awful video, but that had a not bad lyrical synch) , "The genins don't want to waste their time" (yeah, lame title XD) and then "Sasuke's Rescue trailer" .
Then I realized "Gaara dai Capelli Rossi" , an older version of the video that you can find in this website, youtube or eMule.
My first "serious" project was "Shut Up", where I started to develop the idea that the lyrics of the song should fit the anime scenes. Then I made other videos like Konoha's Pervert Ninjas , then I left Naruto to make AMVs with new animes. Still on 2005 I made my two tributes to the Homunculus of the anime Full Metal Alchemist that had a good impact.
In 2006 I started to lose interest in to AMVs and in this year I made only two videos "Wash Away" and "Hide and Seek" that won an Adward for Runner Up in Best of Show at A-Kon17. On September 2006 I started to edit a Bleach AMV, but it was sospended for lacking motivation.
After this period of inactivity I returned to make AMVs in the Summer of 2007, after knowing a lot of italian people with the same passion. In the end of August 2007 I finished "Beautiful People" and then I partecipated to the MEP "AMV HELL 4".
During this period I joined Visual Experience Studios, a team with a lot of talentuos italian editors, and I organized an italian MEP ispired to Amv Hell 4.
In January 2008 I took part to the First Iron Chef of Amv Paradise Forum, with Tyler, Yonda and simofc90 as judges. My Paranoia Agent AMV "Mazza che Ammazza"(still not realased) ended up in the second place.
At the time I'm not working on any AMV.
